The KanseiGenie Software Suite (KSS) consist of the following modules
Portal - provides the user interaction services, implemented using PHP/Smarty
KanseiGenie Director - The core AAM functionality and interfaces, implemented using Perl
Webservices - Standards based external interface for the KanseiGenie Director, implememted using JBOSS
Aggregate Manager - implements the AM interfaces for each of the device types, implemented using Perl, Python and C.
- StargateDirector - manages the Stargates and the mote devies connected to it (XSM, TelosB). That is the XSM Director and the TelosB Director are built into the Stargate Director software. The XSM and TelosB Directors are not available as individual modules currently.
OrcaPlugins - provides the ORCA plugins that are KanseiGenie specific.
Each of the above modules are available as individual packages and can be installed seperately. Each package has installation scripts and instructions inside them. In near future we will provide a all-in-one package.
The current version of KSS supports the following platforms:
- Stargate (arm-linux)
- Linux PC
- XSM
- TelosB
